The Isle of Skye has been in my bucket list to visit in Scotland. I finally did it with my husband. From my point of view the scenery from the beginning till the end was beautiful and breathtaking. It's endless. I love it so much! The only downside to get to Skye is the long and winding road. Then once there, the single track roads, driving up the hills, the cliffs but other than that the scenic views was amazing. Especially when you're on your way up the hills. It feels like you're on top of the world! It's surreal.

This is the map I made up when I was planning to navigate the places to visit. From Portree the capital of Isle of Skye to Neist Point Lighthouse, our last stop in Skye. Two nights and a day. Two campsites. With our old car "Broom" as we named it. He did a fantastic job!

The colourful houses at the harbour of Portree.

I am forever thankful to my husband. He did it! The stress and hours of driving. He really did a great job!

I couldn't ask for more..

Isle of Skye To be continued..
